Job Title: HVAC Trainer

About the Role
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate HVAC Trainer to conduct classroom and practical training for students enrolled in the skill development program. The trainer will be responsible for delivering industry-relevant HVAC training and helping students develop technical and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and hands-on training in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Teach installation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of AC and refrigeration systems.
Conduct practical demonstrations and field-based training sessions.
Develop and update training content, lesson plans, and practical modules.
Assess students through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations.
Ensure students follow safety standards and industry best practices.
Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
Support students with career guidance and placement readiness.

Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant industry certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience
3–6 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or training.
Experience in skill development institutes, ITI, or vocational training centers preferred.

Skills Required
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and train students practically.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom and practical workshops.

Preferred Profile
Prior experience in training or teaching HVAC students.
Comfortable conducting both classroom and on-field training sessions.
