Job Title: Organic Grower Trainer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Gujarat

Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Organic Grower Trainer to conduct classroom and field-based training for students and farmers in organic farming practices. The trainer will play a key role in building awareness and skills related to sustainable agriculture and organic cultivation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and on-field training sessions on organic farming practices.

Train participants on soil health, composting, natural fertilizers, pest management, and crop planning.

Provide practical demonstrations and field visits to ensure hands-on learning.

Conduct assessments and evaluations of trainees.

Deliver guest lectures and awareness sessions on organic agriculture.

Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.

Support farmers and trainees with technical guidance and practical solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

Background in Agriculture / Organic Farming / Sustainable Agriculture

Experience

1–2 years of experience in organic farming, agriculture training, or field-based agriculture projects.

Required Skills

Strong practical knowledge of organic farming practices

Ability to train and guide farmers or students effectively

Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting

Ability to ride a bike for field visits

Good communication and training skills

Joining Timeline

Preferred joining within 1 month.

Compensation

CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,50,000 per annum (based on experience)
