Job Purpose
The Centre Manager will lead and manage a Skill Development Centre focused on empowering working women through structured training programs, government collaboration, and institutional partnerships. The role requires strategic planning, operational leadership, and effective program execution to ensure impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall centre operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring of skill development programs.
Develop and implement strategies aligned with women empowerment initiatives.
Build and maintain strong government partnerships with state and central skill development missions.
Establish institutional tie-ups with NGOs, industries, CSR partners, and training organizations.
Ensure compliance with government policies, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
Manage and supervise trainers, administrative staff, and support teams.
Monitor student enrolment, retention, placement outcomes, and program impact.
Conduct review meetings and performance evaluations to ensure program targets are met.
Represent the centre in official meetings, stakeholder discussions, and partnership forums.
Drive community outreach and mobilization initiatives to increase program participation.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, Education, or Business Administration
Experience
3–5 years of experience in the Skill Development or Social Development sector.
Experience working on women empowerment initiatives preferred.
Experience managing government-funded programs is desirable.
