Role & Responsibilities

The organization is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Head
to lead and strengthen the institution’s digital presence. The role requires a strategic thinker
who can drive online visibility, student engagement, and lead generation through innovative
digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for the institution.
• Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance
marketing campaigns.
• Drive student lead generation and admissions campaigns through digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms to
improve ROI.
• Manage and coordinate with digital marketing teams, designers, and external
agencies.
• Strengthen the institution’s brand presence across digital platforms.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotional activities, and digital outreach
initiatives.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in education, EdTech,
or service industries.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and analytics
tools.
• Experience in lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with external vendors/agencies.

Preferred Profile
• Candidates with experience working in education institutions or EdTech
organizations will be preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and marketing initiatives simultaneously.
• Result-driven mindset with a focus on brand growth and admissions outreach.
