About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Campus Director to lead a PGDM institute in Pune. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving institutional growth, academic excellence, admissions, placements, and overall campus operations, while working closely with the Chairman.

The campus currently has 650+ students and 70+ staff, offering a strong platform to drive impact and scale. The role follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM) and offers a competitive compensation package along with performance-linked incentives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

Provide overall direction and vision for the institute

Develop and execute a 3–5 year growth strategy

Build and strengthen the institute’s brand nationally

2. Admissions & Growth

Drive admissions strategy to ensure quality student intake

Improve lead generation and conversion with marketing teams

Build national outreach and admission networks

3. Academic Excellence

Collaborate with the Dean and faculty to maintain high academic standards

Drive curriculum innovation and industry-integrated learning

Strengthen faculty hiring and development

4. Corporate Relations & Placements

Build and strengthen industry partnerships

Ensure strong internship and final placement outcomes

Engage with recruiters across sectors

5. Institutional Operations

Oversee smooth campus operations and administration

Ensure compliance with AICTE and other regulatory bodies

Monitor budgets and operational efficiency

Candidate Profile

Experience:

12–20 years in higher education / management education

Prior leadership role in a B-school / university

Exposure to admissions, placements, and academic administration

Education:

PhD (Mandatory)

MBA from a reputed institution preferred
