The Indian Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and Ministry of External Affairs, officially launched the Study In India (SII) portal in the nation's capital on August 3, 2023. This flagship initiative aims to open doors to India's premier educational institutions for international students.

Designed to fulfill both career and personal aspirations, the program promises an enriching academic journey for its participants. To facilitate a smoother application process, a special workshop was held at the AICTE Auditorium in New Delhi. Organized by the Department of Higher Education along with EdCIL India, the workshop aimed to elucidate the various functionalities of the SII portal, equipping potential applicants with the know-how to navigate it effectively.
